ISHMED_CHART_CUST - Customizing Settings
Vendor Master (General Section) SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3upThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You can use this IMG activity to design a special chart for the Smart Chartand for the Ward Documentation Work Station (i.s.h.med Charting).
To design and structure the chart you must define a corresponding chart layout, which contains all information, which the system requires for displaying the chart.
In the chart layout you should determine, for example, which values you wish to display in the chart, or the sequence in which the system should display individual graphs.
The system displays values, such as vital signs or physician orders, in different ways, in line graphs or event graphs.
All services for Web Dynpro ABAP are activated in the Internet Communication Framework (ICF). For more information, see SAP Note 1088717.
The node /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ has been activated in transaction SICF.
You have implemented the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources (ISHMED_CHART_CUSTOM_DATA)for importing and displaying values from customer-specific data sources.
Define a chart layout as follows:
- Create a graph template.
- Graph templates are used to determined basic settings for the display of the chart elements in the Smart Chartor in the Ward Documentation Work Station. For each graph type, the standard software contains a graph template for your use.
- You can create your own templates for the following graph types and make your own settings in these:
- Line Graph
- For line graphs you can specify the graph properties and the background colors in the graph.
- Table Diagram
- For table diagrams you can define the minimum or maximum number of lines available.
- Define the chart elements.
- A chart element is the combination of display properties from graph templates with parameters for controlling the data retrieval routines. The data retrieval routines (also called data sourcesin Customizing) supply the medical or nursing data for display in the graphs. For example, routines are provided for formatting vital signs, medication orders/events (medication), documents or nursing events of a patient.
- The system automatically assigns a chosen data source to the relevant graph type. In some cases you can also choose between several different graph types.
- The following graph types are available:
- Line graphs and table diagrams
- used to display vital signs and values from customer-specific data sources
- You can group several line graphs or table diagrams to form group graphs and display these together on a graph interface.
- To do this choose the graph type Group Graph for Line Graphor Group Graph for Table Diagram.
- Event graphs
- are used to display events such as documents or requests. You can restrict the display to specific document categories or a physician order status.
- Medication graphs
- are used to display medication data from the Medicationcomponent or Smart Medication.
- Nursing graphs
- are used to display nursing events.
- Put together the chart layout
- A chart layout defines the composition of a chart and can contain any number of chart elements. It contain chart elements with individual graphs and chart elements with group graphs.
- The sequence of the chart elements in the layout controls how the displayed graphs are arranged in the system.
- Note:
- Smart Chartdoes not display the nursing graphgraph type. To display this graph type, use the chart display in the Ward documentation work station (i.s.h.med Charting).
- i.s.h.med Chartingdoes not display the table diagramgraph type. You should use the graph display in the Smart Chartto display this graph type.
Notes on Processing
Required entry fields are denoted by "*".
Where the labels of input fields are underlined, you can call the F1 Help directly with the mouse. You can control this behavior by choosing Display Quick Help or Hide Quick Helpin the context menu.
Note that some input fields are language-dependent. The system can only display entries in these fields in the language with which you are logged on in the system.
