In this IMG activity, you define for the care unit documentation work station which configuration of the Clinical Overview you wish to use.

The following variants are possible:

  • Define the configuration of the Clinical Overview
  • Use the standard configuration (default)
  • Do not use the Clinical Overview

The Clinical Overview configuration used for a situation in the care unit documentation work station is defined by means of a three-stage customizing concept.

  1. Configuration defined for the situation template
  2. Configuration defined for the institution (this IMG activity)
  3. Configuration defined in the standard system

In the standard system, the Web Dynpro application configuration N2CLIO_WARD_DEFAULT is used in the care unit documentation work station.

Enter your institution, select Care Unit as the work area, enter Own Specification for usage, and enter the desired Web Dynpro application configuration under Configuration.

Note: You can find the available web dynpro application configurations in the Workbench (transaction SE80). Navigate to the Web Dynpro application N2CLIO to find the application configurations.

Instead of the Web Dynpro application configuration N2CLIO_WARD_DEFAULT used in the standard system, you would also like to use the application configuration N2CLIO_SHORT that was also shipped.

Select Own Specification for usage and enter the application configuration N2CLIO_SHORT for your institution and the Care Unit work area.

Result: If no configuration is entered in template management (transaction N2WLD) for a situation template for Clinical Overview, the system will use the application configuration N2CLIO_SHORT this situation in the care unit documentation work station.
