ISHMED_ME_FORM_CHECK - BAdI: Check Drug

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Medication (IS-HMED-ME) component.

You can use this BAdI to determine additional checks for a drug. These are then executed after the system checks, if a drug is changed and saved (e.g. in drug management) or if the drug check is explicitly executed.

The Business Add-In is not active as standard.

Details on the implementation of the BAdI

In the sample implementation for this CL_EXM_IM_ISHMED_ME_FORM_CHECK the following checks are contained:

• No calculation method may be entered in the ingredient assignment for premade drugs

• An active agent must be assigned to an infusion

• An infusion must contain a solution

• The quantity and and quantity unit of the ingredients and the strength and strength unit must be entered for an infusion and a non-modifiable drug category.

• The drug category cannot be modifiable for premade drugs

• In case of administrable drugs, the Administrable or Dispensing/Prescription indicator must be set.

• A material number can only be assigned to premade drugs.

• If the Single Agent Drug indicator is set for a drug, only one active agent can be contained.
