ISHMED_ME_FO_MENU - BAdI: Enhance Menu

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Medication (IS-HMED-ME) component.

With this BAdI you can integrate up to three customer-specific functions in the function toolbar of drug management.

This BAdI is not active as standard.

TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency   SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up
