In this IMG activity you determine the statuses which you use in the status management of orders.

You should note that there are internal and external statuses. An internal status can correspond to several external statuses. The following internal statuses for the order:

  • 01 Saved: Possible external status e.g.: In Processing, Pending Confirmation
  • 02 Active: As soon as the order is active the events will receive the status Confirmed and can, for example be administered.
  • 03 Inactive: The user cannot generate events for an inactive order. The user can use the Suspend Order function to set an order to inactive, if no administration should take place for a specific period of time, e.g. before/after surgery.
  • 04 Ended: The user can manually end an order before the end of validity date. The system will then cancel all future planned events. The order can then no longer be changed and neither the user nor the system can create events for this order.
  • 05 Canceled: The system cancels the order and all dependent objects.
