ISHMED_ME_SEARCH_BDC - BAdI: Modify Search in Basic Catalog

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Medication (IS-HMED-ME) component.

You can use this BAdI to influence the results of the search for drugs in the base catalog.

The following options are available:

• The search is modified based on the search results of the system search.

The system selects the drugs in the base catalog using the search criteris. The result of the selection calls the SEARCH method, where the search results can be changed.

• The search is completely replaced by a customer-specific search procedure.

The system does not select drugs in the base catalog and immediately calls the SEARCH method.

You control which alternative you use using the IS_SEARCH_REPLACED method.
