ISHMED_ZYKLUS_DIALOG - Set Up Cycles
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure Vendor Master (General Section)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In the cycle overview you can create new cycles using the New Cycle and Create Cycle functions. You should note that the code of the cycle must be different to that of existing codes.
A cycle must consist of at least one cycle definition. This means you cannot save the cycle master data immediately after you have entered the basic data in the cycle overview, but must create cycle definitions.
In the cycle definition you specify the iterative steps for the calculation of times in the cycle, for example determine the day from which the calculation of the defined time for the cycle should begin.
Example:
The value 1 defines that the cycle should begin with the current day when assigned to the movement data.
A cycle can consist of several cycle definitions in order to be able to predefine irregular treatment sequences.
Example: The cycle '3 x daily' with the times 08:00, 12:00 and 18:00 can only be mapped using at least 2 cycle definitions:
- From 08:00 to 12:00 with the interval 4.00 hours
- From 18:00 to 18:00 with the interval 0.00 hours
You can insert new cycle definitions using Further Cycle Definitions. You can delete cycle definitions which have not yet been saved using Reset Cycle Definition.
If you select Check a display area is output in the cycle definition where the system displays the times calculated from the cycle definition on a time axis.
Alternatively you can also display the calculated times in the cycle report using Overview (row-by-row display).
In order to be able to integrate the graphical display of the calculated times from the cycle in the cycle definition, you must make the following settings:
- The user parameter GR0 must contain the value WN32
- The system parameter KALENDER must be entered
The system will continue to check the authorization to create, change, and display standard cycles using the authorization object N_EINRI_TCO. You use the following transaction codes:
- N1E0 for creating cycles
- N1E1 for changing cycles
- N1E2 for displaying cycles
If a user has, for example, no authorization for transaction N1E1, he cannot perform cycle maintenance.
You can define a "3 x daily" cycle.
