ISH_APPT_CHANGE_NOTI - BAdI: Changing Appointment Fields for PPF Notification

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to determine the changes in an appointment that trigger that a PPF notification is sent to the patient.

The standard implementation of this BAdI sends PPF notifications if any one of the following information in the appointment is changed:

• Appointment date

• Appointment time

• Attending person

• Treatment OU

• Room

For any other changes, no PPF notification is sent.
