ISH_BP_MIGR_FILL_DET - BAdI: Migration of Business Partner and Patient Data

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals (IS-H).

You can use this BAdI to change the HC Business Partner (BP), Patient, and Provisional Patient details.

This BAdI has two main functions:

• Changing BP information

• Entering the mandatory values with SAP BP screen configuration

If the Customization for SAP BP has not been overwritten with the parameter Disable BP Screen modification a. checks', then you canenter the mandatory values using this BAdI.

This BAdI implementation is called during Data Migration of HC Business Partners, Patients, Third Party Payers and Provisional Patients (Phases 2 and 3).

• This BAdI is called for each BP that must be migrated.

• Only the master data of the BP can be changed.

• This BAdI can also be used to provide values for the mandatory screen fields for SAP BP.

If the birth name of any BP is mandatory for SAP BP but optional in IS-H screen configurations, you can use this BAdI to fill dummy data for the field and migrate the BP.
