In duplicate management, you can specify a reason why two patients cannot be merged. In this Customizing activity, you define the selection list of possible reasons.
Duplicate management is integrated in the report RNUPATCMP (IS-H: Find Similar Patients).
You can only use duplicate management if you have activated it in the Customizing activity Set Client-Specific Control Parameters.
