ISH_WAITINGLIST_TYPE - Maintain Waiting List Types

In this IMG activity, you define the types of waiting list you want to use when maintaining the enhanced waiting list data in an institution.
The waiting list type lets you use a number of separate waiting lists in enhanced waiting list management. Waiting list types can be used to restrict waiting list output.
You activate the enhanced waiting list using the institution-specific system parameter EWL_AKT. For more information about this, refer to the section entitled Maintain Institution-Specific, Time-Independent Parameters.
- Specify the institution in the Inst field.
- Enter the key for the waiting list type (WLTyp field)
- If a diagnosis and surgical procedure code are relevant for a waiting list, flag the Proc./Diagn. checkbox.
- Enter the text for the waiting list type in the Text field.
You want to use waiting lists for the following operative procedures in your institution:

The waiting list type can be set by means of the user parameter TWL. (For more information about this, refer to the section entitled Display Supported IS-H User Parameters. If the parameter is set in the user profile, when the user maintains the waiting list data the system automatically fills the corresponding field if a type is not specified. This default value can be overwritten by the user.
