ISMSD_RFCFI - Maintain Parameters for FI Connection

In this step, you maintain the parameters for communication between the components FI and IS-M.

RFC Destination
If the IS-M and FI components are installed on two separate SAP systems, you must specify the RFC destination. This must be a destination of the type ABAP connection and already be maintained as a remote connection (table RFCDES).

Functions for IS-M/SD renewal subscriptions
The 'Block' indicator is only relevant for mass renewal of IS-M/SD-relevant documents.
Each FI renewal document with an IS-M/SD-relevant assignment number is transferred to IS-M/SD and processed there. If the 'Block' indicator is selected, the FI renewal document(s) are not transferred to IS-M/SD and are therefore also not processed in IS-M/SD.
Caution: If the block is active, renewals are not reversed in IS-M/SD.
You should only activate the block in exceptional cases.

1. Specify the desired RFC destination for the IS-M component if applicable.

• The RFC user recorded in the RFC destination must have all the authorizations required in order to carry out the desired activities in the relevant IS-M system.
