ISMSD_SCS_REASONCODE - Define Reasons for Change

In this step, you define the possible settings for change reasons. You can define the values as you wish and you must assign them descriptive texts.

You can use the change reasons to document your quantity planning activities. You can also use the BAdI ISM_QUANTITYPLAN to link your own application logic to the change reasons.
