In this step, you maintain the possible operations for distinguishing between different types of returns and subsequent deliveries.

The operation groups 'Returns' and 'Subsequent delivery' are predefined and can be subdivided in greater detail using the operations you define here.

You might choose to define the operations advance returns and regular returns for the operation group 'Returns'.

For the operation group 'Subsequent delivery', you might create the operations free subsequent delivery and subsequent delivery subject to charge.

  1. Enter the two-character key for the operation.
  2. Choose the operation group.
  3. Specify the follow-on document.
  4. Enter the short and long texts for the operation.
  5. Set up the control options for dialog operations or credit memo generation.
