ISMSD_SCS_REMUSER - Define Initial Settings for Service Cockpit

In this step, you define the initial setting for accessing the Service Cockpit, which applies to all users.

Since access to the Service Cockpit depends on user-specific settings, this initial setting allows all users to access the function.

Each user can maintain their own user-specific settings on the Service Cockpit screen. These settings are then taken into account every time the user accesses it again.
