ISM_CARR_COMPL_CHRG - Activate Calculation of Complaint Severity

You can use the Business Add-In /NAM/CARR_COMPL_CHRG (enhancement spot ISM_IF_SETTLEMENT, method ENHANCE_INTERFACE_RECORDS) to determine the severity of complaints made during the settlement period in carrier settlement.

The system determines the number of complaints that are relevant according to their complaint reason for each weekday. A weighting factor is determined for each complaint. The system totals the weighting factors and uses them to calculate a deduction in pricing.
