ISM_CIC_WS_BSP - Make Settings for the Component for Accessing BSP Applications

In this step, you maintain the profile for the component 'Work Area Business Server Page' (ISM_BSP) for the application area Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
Define a profile with an explanatory short and long text.
You can store the following values for each profile:
- URL for a BSP application
- Profile for the BSP application
To activate the 'Work Area Business Server Page' in a CIC profile, add the component ISM_BSP together with the profile maintained here to a tab page in the application area in the step Maintain Standard Settings for Navigation and Application Areas.
