ISM_CNTENT_VAR - Define Report Variants

In this step you define the report variants that can be accessed from the Number of entries overview MiniApp.

The reports must be defined as being admissible.

Variants for these reports must be created on a previous occasion.

Enter the report variants and record a meaningful short and long text for each variant.

You can also define threshold values for each report variant. The system displays the associated icon in the MiniApp if this threshold value is exceeded.

You can assign these report variants that have been defined in user maintenance (transaction SU01) and in role maintenance (transaction PFCG) on the Personlize title element.
