You can use the enhancement implementation /NAM/UNLOCK_SUBSCRIBER in enhancement spot ISM_RENEWAL_REMINDER_DATA_SAVE to have the monitoring function remove payment locks for credits on a contract account for terminated renewal subscriptions. The function is only executed for credit items that result from a suspension to the renewal subscription, for example.
Activate the Business Add-In implementation /NAM/UNLOCK_SUBSCRIBER_BADI.
