ISPAM_CND_IDX_OVERF1 - Define Overviews

An overview determines a particular view of several condition rates including those with different condition types. You can for example define an overview which will only display the terms of payment for particular condition rates. These are then made available for maintenance. An overview can consist of any number of views. However, you must define the initial view and the sequence of the remaining views.

The option of defining variable views of condition rates means that it is easier to control and maintain condition rates.

The overview that is displayed consists of two sections:

• The statistical section contains the condition type and the fields from which the condition table key is composed.

• The dynamic section contains the data which varies according to the view chosen. You create this section when defining the overview in Customizing.

Overviews are used in various functions (e.g. Maintain sales promotion, extended selection of condition rates using the condition index). You can create overviews for specific customers if required.

You have created condition rates for a material price PR00 and a discount K007. You must specify terms of payment when using an overview to display condition rates or make these available for processing.
