ISPAM_LOCWIN - Define BU Groups for Local Windows

In this step you define booking unit groups for local windows.

A local window is a fixed space that can be booked in several booking units but must be booked in all booking units if it is booked at all. This means that if an ad is placed in a local window, it must be placed in all booking units in the group to avoid any gaps occurring.

You require local windows to produce a fixed space in the common part that is sold in every local section.

Creating booking unit groups allows you to describe mutual dependencies between booking units and thus define the booking units in which gaps are to be prevented when orders are entered.

1. Check which groupings you require.
2. To create these groupings, proceed as follows:
1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each grouping.
2. Enter a short and long text.

The system offers you the short text for selection in the possible entries function (F4).
