ISPAM_ORDER_BEZKO_3 - Maintain Condition References

In this step you maintain the condition references. These create the link between entry of a condition in a simplified maintenance dialog for condition records and condition types in a pricing procedure. You can also stipulate here that the user can only use one condition type for each input line in condition maintenance.
