ISPAM_TJHAG - Define Telephone Number Types

In this step you maintain the telephone number types that are used to classify various telephone numbers.

You record the short text for the telephone number types for the possible entries function (F4), together with a long text, under a key. You enter the key for the telephone number type on the ad spec detail screen. This information is transferred to the technical system.

1. Establish which telephone types you want to distinguish and those that can be distinguished by your technical system.
2. To create the telephone types required, please proceed as follows:
1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to two characters for each telephone type.
2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
3. Enter the long text.
