ISPAM_TJHSTOG - Define Reversal Reasons

In this step you define possible cancellation reasons. These describe the reasons that led an order object to be cancelled. When processing an order, you can enter a cancellation reason for each item, schedule line or billing dataset.

In each case, you can determine whether a cancellation reason is to be relevant to revenue distribution.

Indicating the relevance to revenue distribution is only necessary for cancellation reasons that may occur in the order document at schedule line level.

1. Establish which cancellation reasons can occur in your company.
2. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to three characters and a descriptive text.
