ISPAM_TJJBEVTMD - Define Quantity Distribution Key for Distribution

In this step you define the quantity distribution key for distribution booking units.

The quantity distribution key defines the way in which a selective booking quantity is to be distributed amongst distribution booking units, such as: distributed equally as a percentage, distributed absolutely equally, first element booked fully, second element booked using the selective booking quantity remaining.

When you create distribution booking units, you can define the first and second element for distribution of selective booking quantities in the element ID field.

1. Check which quantity distribution keys you require.
2. Create these quantity distribution keys as follows:
1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to six characters for each quantity distribution key.
2. Enter a short and long text.

The system offers you the short text for selection in the possible entries function (F4).
