ISPSCA_FMCATRMFPFFBT - Define Form Bundle Type
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plansThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this activity you configure form bundle types. Form bundle types classify form bundles from a business point of view. This is why they control a wide range of features such as the processing rules or the number and type of forms you expect for this type of form bundle.
You can also define your own form bundle types. Please make sure that this is only done by an experienced business analyst.
The definition of a form bundle type consists of the following areas that you maintain in this Customizing activity:
-
You define the basic settings for the form bundle type, such as the form-based process or number range and document types.
You can also assign a status profile including the relevant user status to be used at form bundle type level. If no status profile is assigned for a form bundle type, the system derives the user status from the status profile that is assigned in the corresponding form-based process under Create New Processes. - You maintain information related to the forms used for this form bundle type: what kind of form, how many, and so on.
- You define the processing rule:
- If you are using BRFplus, see: Defining Processing Rule for BRFplus
- If you are using the old BRF, see: Defining Processing Rule for old BRF
- You then define a processing variant and assign the BRF rules you previously defined to this variant
- You assign the processing variant to an activity. The program uses this activity when calling the FICA event P330 to process a form bundle. The system can use this information to decide whether different processing steps, such as checking or processing a form bundle, have to be carried out for different activities.
- Finally, you assign a reason for processing notes in the work center to a form bundle.
- You have created the form-based process in the Customizing activity Define Form-Based Processes (Enhanced)
- You have created application forms using transaction code EFRM.
- You have defined the required BRF settings.
- For information about BRFplus, see Define BRFplus Objects for Form Bundles
- For information about the old BRF, see Usage of BRF in Tax and Revenue Management (TRM)
- You have defined billing document types in the Customizing activity Maintain Billing Document Types and Assign Number Ranges
- You have defined number ranges in IMG activity Define Number Range for Form Bundle Type
- You have defined inbound correspondence categories in the Customizing activity Define Inbound Correspondence Category
- You have maintained the following tCustomizing activities to define an ISR scenario:
- You have defined processing reasons in the Customizing activity Maintain Processing Reasons
- You have defined revenue types in the Customizing activity Define Revenue Type.
SAP delivers form bundle type REF1 for tax refunds and form bundle type REG1 for registrations.
