ISPSCA_TFMCAFACT_S_P - Assign Fact Set to Parcel Function

In this IMG activity you assign a fact set to a parcel function. This assignment ensures that the correct fact set is used for a given parcel. If you create a parcel of a parcel function that you have assigned to a fact set in Customizing, you will see a separated tab on the parcel maintenance screen containing the relevant default values of this fact set.

Fact sets are primarily used for storing the attributes of a parcel required to determine tax applicability and calculate tax amounts. Furthermore you can use fact sets to store additional customer-defined attributes.

The parcel function was defined. For more information, see Define Functions of Objects.

1. Define the fact category in IMG activity Define Fact Category. The fact category is the smallest entity of meaningful information, such as assessment area or regional district.
2. Define the sequence of your fact categories in IMG activity Define Fact Types.
3. Define a fact set for each parcel function in IMG activity Define Fact Set.
4. Assign each fact set to the relevant parcel function.
