ISPSCA_TRMREVTYPESFB - Define Form-Based Revenue Types
General Material Data Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity you define specifications for form-based revenue types. Form-based revenue types indicate revenues for which the taxpayer submits a tax return. You recognize these revenue types in the system by the fact that the Form-based field is flagged.
In addition to the specifications that are relevant for the posting of billing documents, you can define the following details in this IMG activity:
- Tax periods with which you can limit the validity of the revenue type.
- Assign BRF events that you can use to automate the validation of tax returns and requests for a revenue type. For more information, see Assign BRF Events to Revenue Type.
- Contract object types so that the program can determine the corresponding contract object from the revenue type when creating billing documents.
- Form types. For more information, see Define Form Types.
- Processing reasons. For more information, see Define Processing Reasons.
- Transaction types.
- Form bundle types. For more information, see Define Form Bundle Types.
- The tax periods that you assign to the revenue type must first be created in IMG activity Define Specifications for Tax Periods.
- You have created the application class in the Business Rules Framework (BRF).
- You have created the event in the BRF Workbench.
- You have defined the contract object type in IMG activity Define Contract Object Types and Assign Number Ranges.
- You have defined the form types as appropriate in IMG activity Define Form Types.
- You have created processing reasons in IMG activity Define Processing Reasons. If necessary, you have defined form bundle types in IMG activity Define Form Bundle Types.
SAP provides examples that you can look at in Customizing clients.
