ISPSCA_TRM_FORMTYPES - Define Form Types

You define form types in this IMG activity. You can assign revenue type(s), inbound correspondence category(ies), and form(s) and other information to each form type in order to control form processing. This assignment allows an inbound correspondence request with a certain inbound correspondence category to be cleared by each form of the corresponding form type.

You should assign a form type flagged as a cover sheet to each revenue type.

The forms that you assign to the form type must first be defined in IMG activity Define Forms.
