In this Customizing activity, you define if and how system messages are displayed when a tax officer transfers an open item from one business partner to another business partner.

In the following two cases system messages can be provided:

  • The document of the open item/s to be transferred is assigned to a form bundle.
  • Not all open items in the document are selected for the transfer.

For more information, see the long text of the delivered messages FMCA_TRM_MD072 and FMCA_TRM_MD074.

The delivered messages are implemented as warning messages.

Choose New Entry and select the message to be used via the F4-help.

You can decide to what extent the settings are valid:

  • If the settings are to be valid for the entire client, leave the field for the user name empty.
  • If the settings are valid for a specific user, enter the name of this user in the user name field.
  • If necessary, you can make different settings for online operations and batch processing.
