You can define form-based processes in this IMG activity. This process is available as an attribute in table DFMCA_RETURN and can be evaluated with this in BRF.

If you want to define your own process, do this in the customer namespace.

SAP provides the form-based process TAX_REGISTRATION for registrations and TAX_RETURN for the processing of tax returns.

To process forms that the tax citizen sends to the tax authorities when their address has changed, you define a form-based process TAX_ADDRESS_CHANGE. When importing the form into the SAP system, you can transfer the value to the migration workbench or derive it from the migration workbench. It will then be displayed in the above-mentioned table. You can define an action for this case that is displayed in the application for processing tax returns in the Business Rules Framework that performs the address change. You can also define a link to the address file in IMG activity Define Useful Links for Tax Processing. In the IMG activity Define Options for Tax Processing , you can configure an object-based navigation to the taxpayer. Both functions can be defined especially for the process TAX_ADDRESS_CHANGE. Moreover, you can define in the workflow that this process is forwarded to another tax officer.
