In this step, you define the possible reversal reasons for use in settlement.
If you reverse a settlement that is already complete, you must specify a reversal reason.
- Find out which reversal reasons are possible in your business processes.
- To create the required reversal reasons, please proceed as follows:
- Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 3 characters for each reversal reason.
- Enter a descriptive text (short and long text) for each reason.
