ISPSD_ABRZUSVERTRMOD - Define Contract Arrangements for Home Delivery

In this step, you define the contract arrangements for home delivery settlement. You also define the search sequences for the contract arrangements (separately for service companies and carriers).
Contract arrangements
The contract arrangements define all types of remuneration for home delivery settlement. Contract arrangements comprise:
- Remuneration types (five options)
- Flat rates (per period and delivery round)
- Remuneration for specific days (run compensation, path compensation and bonus categories)
You can define contract arrangements for each individual contractual relationship between your company and a carrier or service company. However, contract arrangements can also be made to apply to a number of carriers or service companies.
When performing settlement, the system determines the contract arrangements using the search sequences defined here.
Search sequences
You can make the use of contract arrangements for service companies and carriers depend on the following search criteria:

The individual search criteria do not have different priorities and you can combine them as you wish. A search sequence is a combination of criteria. In contract determination, the system first performs a search for contract arrangements according to the first search sequence. If it does not find these contract arrangements, it moves on to the second search sequence, and so on.
You should have defined the bonus categories (see Definition of Bonus Categories for Home Delivery).
- Find out which contract arrangements you require for home delivery settlement (for service companies or carriers).
- To create contract arrangements, please proceed as follows:
- Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 4 characters.
- Enter a short and long text.
- Mark the remuneration type(s) allowed for this contract arrangement.
- Mark the flat rate(s) allowed for this arrangement (for each period and delivery round).
- Mark the remuneration valid for specific days and specify the keys for the bonus categories.
- Find out which search sequences are to be used for contract determination (for each service company or carrier) and the order in which they are to be used.
- Create the required search sequences (for each service company and carrier) in the desired order.
- Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters for each search sequence.
- Select the search criteria for the search sequence.
