ISPSD_AKONTZUGRFOLG - Define Access Sequences And Account Determination Types

In this step, you define the access sequences and account determination types for automatic expense account determination in commission settlement.

The access sequence defines the following:

• Condition tables used by the system to access condition records

• Order in which the condition tables are read

• Field contents used to read the condition records

You define the valid access sequence in the account determination type.

• The standard system contains predefined access sequences.

• It also contains account determination types with the keys 'PZGM' (sales agent commission) and 'PZGV' (service company commission).

You can use these entries to have the SAP System carry out automatic account determination.

1. Find out whether or not you can use the access sequences and account determination types in the SAP System.
2. Define your access sequences. To do this, select the relevant criteria for each new access sequence.
3. Define your account determination types.
