In this step, you define the possible employment types for service company employees.

Every employment type is recorded under a key, which you specify when maintaining the employment type.

You can select an indicator for temporary employment for every employment type. This means you can evaluate employee turnover in service companies separately for permanent and temporary employees.

Work during holidays and occasional work are assigned the indicator for temporary personnel. This enables you to exclude these activities from the turnover statistics for the service company.

  1. Check which employment types are relevant for your company.
  2. To create the required employment types, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters for each employment type.
    2. Select the indicator for temporary personnel if required.
    3. Enter the text.
This is used when the possible entries are displayed (F4) and is displayed as a description of the key when the key is confirmed.
