ISPSD_FAKTRECHERCHE - Maintain Research Settings

In this step, you maintain the possible attributes of characteristics required when maintaining bank returns research.

The characteristic attributes you set here can be used to document and evaluate research. The characteristics are the following:

• Research result

• Bank return reason

You should have created the research type for bank returns (see Definition of Research Types).

The settings in the standard delivery are simply intended as an example and should be reworked so that they meet your requirements.

1. Find out which research results and bank return reasons apply when maintaining bank returns research in your company.
2. To create the possible attributes, please proceed as follows:

• Specify an alphanumeric key for each attribute.

• Enter the appropriate text.

You can also specify the following for bank returns research results:

• Indicator 'Repeat automatic debit'

• Indicator 'Reverse billing document'

• Billing document reversal reason

• Indicator 'Set up billing index' (if billing document is reversed again)

• Indicator 'Generate open item'

• Country key

• Payment method
