ISPSD_KONTAKTDEF - Maintain Settings for Sales Activity

In this step, you maintain the possible settings for sales activity types, reasons and statuses.
- The sales activity type describes how the sales activity came into being or is maintained, for example sales call, telephone call, sales fair.
- The sales activity reason describes the basis for entry into contact with the customer, for example a sales promotion or customer inquiry.
- The sales activity status might be open, in process, complete.
You will need the settings you make in this step when maintaining sales promotions. You can use the assignment you make here to evaluate sales activities.
- Check which sales activity types, reasons and statuses can occur in your company.
- Maintain the texts for the existing entries or create new entries as follows:
- Specify an alphanumeric key for each entry. These keys can have the following lengths:
- Sales activity type,,,,up to 4 characters
- Sales activity reason,,,,up to 3 characters
- Sales activity status,,,,1 character
- Enter the appropriate text.
