In this step, you determine which RFC function module is called when a certain event arises in the specified company code.

To do this, you specify the following:

  • Company code
  • Logical target application
  • Remote function module name (must exist in the destination system)
  • Batch input session (created if processing takes place asynchronously)

You can change the entries in the standard delivery. You may need to make new entries if several company codes are affected by transfer.

If you wish, you can specify '$$$$' as the last 4 characters of the session name. The variables are then replaced by the transfer number when the session is created. If processing several company codes, it is also advisable to include the company code in the name.

  1. Specify the key of the company code.
  2. Specify the name of the event.
  3. Specify the key of the logical target application (FIBU oder PERS).
  4. Specify the name of the RFC function module.
  5. If processing asynchronously, enter the name of the batch input session that is to be created (see above for notes on choosing a name).
