ISP_GP_VORLFELD - Define Template Fields for Business Partner Entry

In this step, you make the required settings for using templates when recording business partner data.
The use of templates enables you to reduce the time spent entering data. You can determine which field contents the system is to copy from a template when you create a business partner.
If you use the SAP Business Partner in IS-M, these settings are not taken into account.
You are creating business partners of a similar nature and want to spare yourself the trouble of repeatedly having to enter the same data. You therefore only enter the data for one of the business partners in full and use this business partner as a template when creating the others. In this case, the system copies the contents of the template fields you would have specified in this step.
You can only define fields from the following screens as template fields. Fields from other screens are ignored.

- Call up each screen and determine which fields are to be used as a copy template.
- To find out the field names, select F1 on the field and display the technical info.
- Enter the program name, screen number and field name in the table.
- Check that the desired entry does not already exist.
- Delete entries you do not require for each screen.
The fields you select here are also copied from the template if the new business partner is saved before the last screen is reached (exceptions to this are screens SAPMJG01-0120 and SAPLJJG-0110).
