ISP_IS_LDWFS_VSG_KND - Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers

In this step, you define the statistics groups that can be assigned to individual customers.

Statistics groups are assigned to customers when maintaining the customer master record (see 'Sales' screen).

The standard delivery contains the following statistics groups:

• Blank statistics group

• Masked statistics group '+'

• Statistics group '1' (A customer)

• Statistics group '2' (B customer)

The other customizing settings for the Media Information System are different from the standard system since only the blank statistics group and statistics group '1' are used. Please take notice of the note below and delete any customer statistics groups you do not need.

You need usually only distinguish whether customer-specific key figure values must be updated or not. Two attributes can be specified for the customer statistics group: either blank or '1'. The tables of settings specific to Media therefore contain these two values. This has the following effect:

• Key figures are updated in all (standard) information structures for customers assigned to statistics group '1', most importantly in the information structure for customer analysis (S450).

• Key figures are updated in all non-customer-specfic information structures for customers that are not assigned to a statistics group (with a 'blank' statistics group). This means all information structures in the standard delivery apart from that for customer analysis. It is assumed that no customer-specific information is required for these customers in the Media Information System but that the quantities and sales that originated from these customers are still to be taken into account in statistics related to the product or to sales offices.

1. Define which customer groups are to influence the statistics update.
2. To define statistics groups, please proceed as follows:
1. Specify a one-character alphanumeric key in the field CustStatGr (Customer statistics group).
2. Specify an explanatory text for the statistics group in the Description field.
3. Ensure that the statistics groups are entered in the customer master records.
