ISP_KUKARRIERE - Define Customer Profiles

In this step you define customer profiles.

These allow you to control various activities in order processing.

If you always want the system to query bank details for a customer during order processing, you should assign the respective value to the customer profile in the customer master record for this customer. You should ensure that the Query bank detailsindicator has been activated for this value in Customizing.

Customer master, Query bank details and Qualifies for contract discount indicators selected.
