ISSR_V_UMSR59710 - Convert Identifiers for Annex R5/97 to R30/2002

The conversion table is used to convert the identifiers of Annex 10 according to Circular R30/2002. This table is used to convert the old identifiers of Annex 10 according to Circular R5/97 to the new identifiers specified in Circular R30/2002.

The individual fields (table VZBAVF) have the following meaning:

Asset Type: Allocation type in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) AnlV

Ident.Ann.10 1 (Old) R5/97:Identifier for Annex 10 according to R5/97 field contents 1 (field R59710_1)

Ident.Ann.10 2 (Old) R5/97:Identifier for Annex 10 according to R5/97 field contents 2 (field R59710_2)

Ident.Ann.10 3 (Old) R5/97:Identifier for Annex 10 field contents 3 (field R59710_3)

Ident.Ann.10 4 (Old) R5/97:Identifier for Annex 10 field contents 4 (field R59710_4)

Ident. Ann.5 (Old) R5/97:Identifier for Annex 5 according to R5/97

NW102 Identifiers:Identifiers for statement NW102

Annex Identifier Same:Specifies whether a check for identical field contents should be carried out (E) or not (N) for the five annex identifiers above (Ident.Ann.10 1 (Old) R5/97, Ident.Ann.10 2 (Old) R5/97, Ident.Ann.10 3 (Old) R5/97, Ident.Ann.10 4 (Old) R5/97, and Ident. Ann.5 (Old) R5/97).

Fund Check Required: If this indicator is selected, table TISSR_MIGTP_EWR is checked together with the field below (Identifier for Special Fund.

Identifier for Special Fund:Here you specify special funds that contain either only bonds and debentures in accordance with paragraph 1(1)7c of the Asset Regulation (AnlV) (7C) or predominantly stocks or profit participation rights of companies outside the EEA (NEWR). You create these funds in Customizing under Convert Identifiers 10 R5/97: Special Fund in table TISSR_MIGTP_EWR. For funds that are not special funds, the system only checks whether the fund is not contained in table TISSR_MIGTP_EWR.

The new identifiers for Annex 10 according to Circular R30/2002 are determined based on the value combinations for the fields above. The derived values of the new identifiers for Annex 10 (table ISSR_RPI_MFT) are shown in the following fields:

Before you convert the SR master data, you must check whether the conversion logic applies to your data. You may still need to make additional entries or change the existing values.
