ISTCRMC_IST_DLPRF - Define Application Profile

In this Customizing activity, you define the profile for users of the telecommunications-specific sales application.

Create a new profile, assign a profile name, and define an information text for this profile if necessary.

You must define a transaction type with which the orders should be created in SAP CRM, for the creation of (preliminary) telecommunications contracts. SAP delivers the transaction type PRVO as an example.

Use this profile as a profile value for the function profile PROVSALES in your business role, under Define Business Role.
