In this IMG activity, you can specify profiles for creating credit memos.

SAP delivers the standard profiles for creating credit memos.

Enter a text for each profile, which can later be selected by the agent for credit memo creation.

To add a profile, enter the new profile and implement your customer-specific credit memos by adding your profile to posting area 1071 (transaction FQC0) in FI-CA.
