In this activity, you allocate initial values to parameters that are used by various functions in IS-T.

Country

Here you set the country key.
This restricts the installation to one country. The value you set here influences the layout of bank data and address data when creating or changing a business partner, for example.

Class

Here you enter the class that classifies IS-T business partners (customers) in the classification system.
(For example, this can be used to differentiate customers according to the revenue that they generate.)

Archive View

Only set this indicator to "X" if your archive system supports the "iXOS Archive Viewer" Java-Applet for displaying optically archived documents.

Displ max

Here you set the maximum number of documents (from RM-CA) that can be displayed in the initial screen for the business partner in the CIC.
Open bills are always displayed.

Displ month

Here you set the number of months that documents are displayed in the initial screen in the CIC.
However the Displ max value overrides this value. In other words, if the number of RM-CA documents exceeds the number specified in Displ max, additional documents cannot be viewed.
Open bills are always displayed.

BPartner

Here you define a sample business partner that can be used as a template when creating new business partners.

Contract account

Here you define a sample contract account that can be used as a template when creating new contract accounts.

Storage

Refer to storage system ID.

ArchHost

Enter the host name and, if required, the port through which the system communicates with the archive using HTTP.

  • The installation applies exclusively to the country DE (Germany). Address and bank data is adjusted accordingly.
  • The business partners are classified in the KNDPRFL class.
  • The system supports the "iXOS Archive Viewer".
  • A maximum of 20 RM-CA documents are displayed, along with any remaining open bills.
  • RM-CA documents can be viewed for 6 months.
  • GPMUST and VKMUST are used as templates for business partners and contract accounts.
  • A7 identifies the connection to a storage system and is the name used by SAP ArchiveLink for the external storage system.
  • hw1372.wdf.sap-ag.de is the host name of the archive system. 1080 is the port.

The entries in the country, class, BPartner and Cont.acc. columns must first be maintained in the corresponding Customizing activity.

Enter one value for each parameter.

The entry is not checked for validity or existence.

There is no relationship between the individual columns.
