This implementation is used to delete alerts for orders, which have been confirmed by the user, from the telecommunications-specific administration tables.

This implementation is a telecommunications-specific implementation of the BAdI ALERT_WAS_CONFIRMED (method WAS_CONFIRMED for the BAdI interface IF_EX_ALERT_WAS_CONFIRMED) from Alert Management.

If you are using alerts, use of the implementation is mandatory for the Workforce Management work center. This implementation must not be modified.
