IST_NLM_STRUCTUREVIE - Implementation: Structure View Enhancement

You can use this Business Add-In implementation (BAdI implementation) to configure buttons and portal events in the structure view by making Customizing settings.

This implementation modifies the structure view dynamically to the settings in Customizing. New buttons can be added and existing buttons can be hidden. A portal event or OBN with a transfer parameter is defined in Customizing as a response to selecting buttons or selecting a row in the structure view. This implementation sends the actions defined to the portal. This is only possible if the structure view is executed in the portal.

Configuring buttons by making Customizing settings is not part of the standard settings for the structure view. If the Customizing settings contain initial values, the system does not generate any additional buttons. All interface elements remain unchanged.

If this enhancement implementation is active, you can configure the structure view by making Customizing settings.
