In this IMG activity, you define the interval of the number ranges for the node numbers of ICOM SD data (internal node number).

Every ICOM node, whether it is a main node or a sub-item, is assigned a node number which uniquely identifies it and which is used when assigning SD objects (such as contracts) to the ICOM node.

As for all ICOM number ranges, we recommend assigning numbers internally.

  1. On the initial screen, choose Change intervals.
  2. Enter an alphanumeric key with a maximum of two characters.
  3. Specify the limits for the number interval. Separate number intervals must not overlap. Every number should only appear once in total.
  4. Do not set the indicator for external number interval.
  5. Save your entries and go back.

Current no.:
Only enter a number not equal to zero, if you want the system to assign numbers starting from this number.
