ISUCSBTIO_000100 - Define Product for Automatic Owner Move-In

In this Customizing activity, you define the CRM product used to create a contract for an automatic owner move-in in the MDG workflow.

The following data must be entered:

Division

You have defined divisions in Customizing under Logistics - General → Material Master → Settings for Key Fields → Define Divisions.

Billing Class

You have defined IS-U billing classes in Customizing under SAP Utilities → Contract Billing → Billing Master Data → Define Billing Classes.

CRM Product

You have defined the products used to create a contract for an automatic owner move-in in the CRM System. The system automatically accesses these products from the CRM System that you assigned in Customizing and includes them in the input help.

You are required to enter the CRM product determination rule. To do so, define the following parameters for each billing class or division category:

Division

Billing Class

CRM Product

Is used to define the CRM product used for the automatic owner move-in.

Previously Used

If this checkbox field is selected, the CRM product used in the preceding contracts for an installation is used for the owner move-in. If no CRM product is found in the preceding contract, the CRM product defined in the CRM Product field is used as a default.
