ISU_CONFIG_PROFILE - Configure FOP Profile

Use this configuration step to assign front-office process to the launch object for your utilities solution in SAP Cloud for Customer. This allows you to call your front office processes in the cloud solution.

Note: The launch object (BOR object type) is assigned to the following work centers in your cloud solution:

ISUACCOUNT - Contract Account

ISUPARTNER - Customers (Accounts and Individual Customers)

PREMISES - Premise

You must pre-define the front office process in the configuration step under SAP ERP IMG → SAP Utilities → Customer Service → Front Office → Configure Front Office

Assign the following:

• Profile name of the Front Office process that you have configured.

• Launch Object for the utilities solution.

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time
